"Community Action: Transforming Communities, Changing Lives"While smaller in scale, the national Community Action Partnership's winter conference affords attendees a deeper dive into content.
Sessions topics are advanced and targeted at both board and staff leadership.

This year's sessions will bring Community Action colleagues from across the nation together with subject matter experts to engage both in training and dialogue.
There will be sessions designed to address the Head Start and CSBG Organizational Standards as well as help CAAs navigate what is coming in terms of ROMA Next Generation.
Best practices for ensuring high performing agencies, as well as increasing family and community level impact, will be explored.
The MLTC provides multiple formal and informal opportunities to for attendees to gather new ideas, share experiences, ask questions, swap business cards, and convey agency accomplishments.
